1. The animals are radiative but still doing well.
2.  Chernobyl is a ghost town and only 130 to 150 people live there.
3. Estimates range that 4000 to 27,000 died from the radiation.

We had a week do research and make a presentation on an NZ disaster and I did mine on the School Canyoning Tragedy that happened 15 April 2008.

3. An estimated 1.7 Million Polish people were deported to Serbian camps.
4. Over 800 Polish refuges went to Wellition to seek safety.
5. In 1943 the Prime Minister of New Zeland invited some Polish kids to stay during the war.
6. Maria Wodzicka who is also a Polish immigrant help the other Polish kids settle in.
